L'Actualité du restaurant
Dans un domaine bordé de bois, Mélanie Petit cultive des céréales et élève des brebis laitières en agriculture biologique, dans le respect de la nature et de la biodiversité. Elle expérimente différentes associations de plantes pour enrichir les sols et favoriser la biodiversité, contribuant ainsi à créer un écosystème vivant et équilibré. Les brebis pâturent toute l’année, participant à l’équilibre et à la vitalité de cet écosystème.
Produits
Lentilles sèches et en conserve, viande d’agneau, saucissons secs et chorizos, plats cuisinés. Sélection de produits fermiers locaux (œufs, pain, légumes, produits laitiers…).
